Untraditional sale amazing agent. Tara was honestly great in a very untraditional type of sale. My husband and I sold our house as part of a corporate relocation program. Essentially what that means, is our agency hired a third party company to help us sell our home prior to us moving to a new state. It was supposed to be a simple process, it wasn’t. But Tara was amazing. Not only did she stick with us through countless set backs, but so did our buyer. I can’t begin to express how many times we had to ask Tara for help dealing with the third party agency hired to "help us." She never failed us. She was always super responsive even at odd hours. She was kind and curtious and gave excellent advice. The photographer she hired to take photos was equally amazing. We had a lot of showings in a short period time and ended up with multiple offers in just four days. Her dedication was truly amazing. Thank you so much for all your help Tara! Excellent knowledge and Great Ideas! When you have lived in a home for a long time you only tend to see the reasons you want to move, like having outgrown the space. Tara was able to see what made us fall in love with the house originally. Tara provided great ideas on how to capitalize on the original features (12ft ceilings, hardwood floors, etc.) and upgrades (renovated kitched, bathroom, finished attic, etc.) to help it photograph & show well. She understood all the work we had put into the house and gardens throughout the years. The description she wrote up made me want to buy it all over again. Tara also helped us buy our new home. She understood what we were looking for in a house and was able to help direct us towards our best options. If the house didn't have everything we wanted (ex. Finished basement) she was able to help us envision where and how to place and design those elements. She could tell if we weren't "feeling" a house and quickly got us on to the next one. If she had concerns regarding a particular house, she let us know so we wouldn't have any regrets. When our mortgage was taking forever to be processed, she completed regular check ins with the company to push things along and provided solutions if the company wouldn't have the mortgage approved by closing. Buying and selling a house can be quite stressful but Tara helped reduce that stress and make the whole experience enjoyable. Her sense of humor and graciousness, coupled with her knowledge and assertiveness with mortgage companies kept the whole process running smoothly.
