Our experience with Tara as our realtor was fantastic. Tara is a genuine, experienced professional. She really did a great job helping us locate homes within our budget and in the areas in particular that we preferred. As first time home buyers, we must have asked her a hundred questions and she was very patient and helpful when answering them. Our home buying experience was great. I have recommended and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

If you want a knowledgeable, professional, hardworking and self-motivated real estate agent, then Tara is the right person for your home buying needs. She is fabulous in every aspect of her profession. This was our first time buying a home and she patiently walked us through each and every step, making sure we were well informed with every aspect of the home buying process. She provided us with all of the information we needed to make a well informed decision with as little stress as possible. While working with Tara, it was obvious that she loves what she does. We love our very first new home! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Tara went above and beyond to help sell our home. She came in and provided helpful suggestions on what things should be fixed and cleaned up for showings. After her initial walk through she came back with a detailed plan on how she intended to market our home to sell it in the most timely fashion. Once the plan was put in motion we had 3 offers in a week and inked a deal with a buyer shortly there after. Her service did not stop after a buyer was found she kept in touch and actively helped to finalize all aspects of the final sale. She was confident and reassuring in all her communications to both my wife and I. An example of her dedication to sell our house, in the weeks leading up to settlement her and her family went on a small vacation, during that vacation I had a questions about the sale, not realizing she was on vacation, and she quickly responded with an answer to keep things moving smoothly.

Tara was very instrumental in the Sale of our Home @ 60 Graeff Street, Cressona, by providing expert advice in preparing a plan of action. Our Primary residence @ 60 Graeff Street actualy sold within six (6) days from the time of initial listing. In as much as we were Vacationing in Florida at the time of Settlement, Tara was given P/A to act as our representative. Everything went very smoothly. Tara also Sold a second (2nd) House for us, a 7-year old "Cape Cod" house, which we owned & Rented out in Cressona. It actually sold within a few months from the time of the initial Listing. Tara was very congenial, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We would highly recommend her. After 44 years of living in Cressona, we moved to and live in a "55+ Community" in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, to be closer to our Daughter & Family. Tara was extremely accommodating from the beginning. She almost always made herself available on weekends, late afternoons or whenever we had questions. In our experiences with real estate agents Tara Furer-Romig has been the most professional and helpful so far. If we ever find ourselves looking again for a home in her area we will definitely contact her. I would highly recommend her to anyone as a buyer or seller agent.

Because of the nature of my relationship with Tara, I'm unable to evaluate her on Negotiation, so I gave her an average rating (although I'd be willing to bet that she is a better than "average" negotiator). I was referred to Tara when I started searching for a home to purchase in Schuylkill Co. We found one and made an offer that was accepted. Tara was helpful in the negotiating and provided all the info i needed. The seller then got cold feet and backed out of the deal. Tara then introduced me to a builder who was building in the area. We agreed to build a custom home, which went to completion and I'm now residing in. Tara was very helpful in that process and even helped with reviewing the design of the home to make sure it's resale value would be maximized. She was also very helpful navigating the mortgage process.

Tara is very knowledgeable of the area & the area's real estate. She tells you like it is, even if it's not what you want to hear but it's part of the process. The pictures & video she put together of my home were outstanding.
