Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process, available whenever needed for questions or concerns on our part. Jennifer made the selling of our home seamless without issues, she kept us up to date on comments that were made by visitors and was very up front and honest. I would recommend using Jennifer and the BSH team to anyone.

Tara was great. She approached the sale of my home like it was a priority for her. Tara had a marketing plan that was aggressive, and I received regular communication and status updates from her, as well as a weekly report on how the listing was performing online. She was responsive to my calls and texts, and the results were that the home sale was closed in less than 30 days of listing. My only regret is not hiring Tara from the beginning. She was dynamite. I wasted 6 months with an agent who made what seemed like zero effort, had no marketing plan and didn't return calls for weeks. He was a total dud from another agency. Tara Romig, on the other hand, was dynamite! Highly recommended.

Tara went above and beyond in our search to purchase an investment rental unit. She had the answers to our many questions at the ready, and if she did not, she found the answer and quickly got back to us. The properties that we were interested in were older but with with character, and Tara had the expertise to guide us through what these older homes have and need to bring them up to date. Tara Furer-Romig was our real-estate agent,with helped us sell our house in 2018. Tara knows the area very well and knows the appropriate price range for the house we were selling She has a great staff working for her including outside people to contact if the need arises. These people were also very reliable and did excellent work A problem arose with a water line to a refrigerator a few hours before coloring. She immediately got some one to make the repair needed so we could proceed to closing with out any problems I would highly recommend Tara for a real estate agent

Tara Furer-Romig of Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty sold our family property; 93 acres and a home located in Schuylkill County. We could not be more pleased with the sales process, start to finish. Tara knows the area extremely well. She started with a thorough review of our house and property resulting in recommendations for: repairs, staging, and a few exterior improvements; a strong online-centric marketing plan; and with thorough research on comparable properties, including a review of courthouse records for recent private sales, arrived at a reasonable, well-justified asking price. She quickly organized a professional photo shoot, including aerial drone photos, from which she produced a detailed online listing and a set of attractive printed marketing materials. The house was listed for sale less than a day after we finished our repairs and staging. Tara has a strong grasp of online marketing and was able to generate attention and interest very quickly. But it was by no means a “virtual” marketing effort; she also was present in person for every event - including the photo shoot, several open houses, every showing, several minor repair and staging efforts, and the buyer’s home inspection and appraisal. This extremely high level of personal attention ensured that the sales process stayed on track. There were no missed opportunities. Since Tara was present at every showing, she was able to answer questions about the house and the neighboring areas. She followed up with every buyer’s agent to get reactions from prospects and to guide the ongoing sales process. She kept us current with changes in the local market, including status changes in comparable properties for sale. Tara has strong working relationships, not only with agents within her company, but also with the other realty companies working in the Schuylkill, Berks, and surrounding areas. We feel that Tara’s expertise helped us get a straightforward contract in place, and she then managed that contract to a timely and smooth closing. Without question, we would happily work with Tara for any real estate transaction in the area!

What an easy process Tara made this for me.
